Advance Poster Extension Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy describes how the Advance Poster extension for Google Chrome (“the extension”) handles data. The developer is Advance Marketing (“we,” “us”).
In short
- The extension does not need your Facebook password: it works where you are already signed in to Facebook in your Chrome.
- Your groups, posts, photos, log and settings are stored in your browser, not on our server.
- Only subscription-check data and the text you choose to send to the AI are sent to our server.
- We do not sell data, show ads, or include analytics or trackers in the extension.
1. What the extension processes in your browser
To publish posts to Facebook groups at your command, the extension opens facebook.com pages in your Chrome and works with them the way you would yourself. In doing so it processes:
- Your groups — names, links, whether you are a member, and the status of your posts there (published, pending review, removed).
- Your profile and Pages — the name and ID of the Facebook profile that posts, so posts go out only under the name you chose.
- Your posts — texts, photos and videos you add, templates and posting schedules.
- The log — when and to which groups a post was sent, its status and its link.
- Settings — pauses, limits, blocked groups, your subscription code and its status.
All of this is stored in your browser’s storage (chrome.storage and IndexedDB) and is not sent to us. The extension does not read or store your password, private messages or friends list, and it does not track the websites you visit — it works only on facebook.com.
2. What is sent to our server
- Your subscription code — to check whether the Pro plan is active (when the extension opens, when you press “Проверить код” (Check code) about every 12 hours, and before posting).
- A random install number and a hashed Facebook account number — together with the code, so that one subscription works on no more than 2 computers and 2 Facebook accounts. The account number is sent only as a hash (an irreversible fingerprint); the number itself, your name and other account data never reach the server.
- Text for the AI — only when you press “Уникализировать” (Make unique) or “Написать с ИИ” (Write with AI): the post text or your description and the chosen language.
- An image description — only when you press “Create an image with AI” (Pro plan): your description and the chosen image shape.
The server passes this text to Anthropic (the Claude AI service), and an image description to OpenAI (the image generation service), receives the answer and returns it to the extension. The server does not store the texts, descriptions or images. It stores only AI and image usage counters per subscription code, per month and per day (deleted automatically after about 70 and 2 days), and the list of computers and accounts connected to the code, as those numbers and hashes with the date of last use (an entry is deleted after 30 days without use). The server runs on Cloudflare, which, as a hosting provider, processes technical request data such as IP addresses.
Subscription record. When we issue you a Pro code, the server keeps a record of it: the code itself, the name and email you gave when buying or in your request, the subscription end date, the AI request limit and our internal note. It is needed to check whether the subscription is active and to renew it. The record is kept while the subscription is active and afterwards for as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements.
3. Anthropic and OpenAI
Text you send to the AI is processed by Anthropic under its own policy: anthropic.com/legal/privacy. An image description is processed by OpenAI under its own policy: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy. Do not send the AI information you do not want to share, such as other people’s personal data, and do not describe real people without their consent.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except as described above.
- We do not use data for advertising, creditworthiness or any purpose unrelated to the extension’s single purpose.
- We do not include analytics, ads or trackers in the extension.
The use of information received by the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Why the extension needs Chrome permissions
- Storage (storage, unlimitedStorage) — to keep groups, posts, photos and the log in your browser.
- Tabs and scripting (tabs, scripting) — to open Facebook pages and publish posts in them at your command.
- Alarms (alarms) — pauses between groups and scheduled posts.
- Access to facebook.com — to work with your groups; access to our server (workers.dev) — subscription check and AI features.
6. Deleting your data
Remove the extension from Chrome and the browser deletes all of its data. You can also clear the log inside the extension. Server counters are deleted automatically. To have us delete the record of your subscription code (code, name, email, end date), email advance.business.usa@gmail.com.
7. Security
The extension talks to our server only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
The extension is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16.
9. Changes and contact
If we change how the extension handles data, we will update this policy first. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Questions? Email advance.business.usa@gmail.com.
