Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms apply to the advance-marketing.digital website and the Advance Poster extension for Google Chrome (“the extension”). The developer is Advance Marketing (“we,” “us”). By installing the extension or using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. What Advance Poster is

Advance Poster is an independent program that, at your command, publishes posts to Facebook groups from your browser. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Plans

Pro is activated with a personal access code for the paid period; when the period ends, the extension switches to the Free plan. One code works in no more than 2 Facebook accounts and on 2 computers (Agency: 5 computers). The current price is shown when you subscribe. Do not share or publish your code; if others use it, we may deactivate it. AI features have a monthly request limit.

3. Payment and cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the paid period and the next payment is not charged. Refund requests are handled case by case — email advance.business.usa@gmail.com. When online payment becomes available on the website, payments will be processed by a payment provider; we do not receive your card details.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Risks and no guarantees

Facebook’s rules limit automated actions. Facebook may restrict or disable an account, and group admins may decline or remove a post. The Shield lowers the risk but does not remove it. We do not guarantee that posts will be published or approved, and we do not promise any specific results such as leads, sales or reach. We are not responsible for the actions of Facebook or group admins.

6. AI-generated text

Text written or changed by the AI may contain mistakes. Review it before publishing: you are responsible for what you publish.

7. How the extension works

The extension works with Facebook’s pages. If Facebook changes them, some features may stop working until an update is released. While posts are being sent or a scheduled post is waiting, your computer and Chrome must stay on. The extension is provided “as is.”

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or account restrictions related to your use of the extension. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the extension in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

We may deactivate an access code if the extension is used in breach of these terms. You can stop using the extension at any time by removing it from Chrome.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; by continuing to use the extension and the website you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions? Email advance.business.usa@gmail.com.
